        Mateic anhydride is an important organic chemical materials and is the third major anhydride raw material after acetic anhydride and phthalic anhydride.
        Mateic anhydride is mainly used in the production of UPR and alkyd resin. It has wide application scope in pesticide, medicine, coating, ink, lubricant additive, papermaking chemical, textile finishing agent, food additive and surfactant, etc.

        White rhombic needle-like crystal, m.p. 52.8℃, b.p. 202℃, relative density 1.314, flash point103℃, easily soluble in water, alcohols and esters, slightly soluble in carbon tetrachloride and crude gasoline
Storage & transport, etc.
        Industrial product is packed in PP woven bag lined with PE bag, net weight 25kg. 20' container can hold 18t (pallet) or 20t (no pallet). 850kg plastic woven bag 20' container 17t (pallet).
        Mateic anhydride should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse and kept away from fire, moisture, rain and sunlight. Shelf life from 3 months to 1 year. No mixture with acid or alkali in storage and transportation. Handle with care.
        Low toxicity. Avoid contamination of skin and eyes in industrial use. Enhance ventilation to avoid inhalation.
