Properties:
It is organic phosphoric acid scale inhibityor; can form complex compounds with iron, copper and zinc ions; has good scale inhibiting property at 250℃; stable at high pH-value conditions.
Uses:
HEDP can be used with molybdate, zinc salt and copolymer compounds in circulating cooling water, oil field water and boiler water treatment to inhibit corrosion and scale. It can also be used as chelating agent in detergent and soap industry, chelating dispersant in printing and dyeing auxiliary pretreatment and H2O2-bleach stabilizer, etc.

Using method:
HEDP can be used with PBTC, BTA, molybdate, copolymer, zinc salt, etc as organic alkaline water treatment agent and low phosphorus zinc salt water treatment agent. According to different circulating cooling water systems with different water quality, the dosage of HEDP is about 2-10mg/L when used alone. For other industries, the dosage should be tested.
Packing & storage:
Liquid is packed with plastic drum, 25kg or 250kg/drum. For solid, use plastic woven bag linded with PE bag, net weight 25kg/bag or according to customer requirements. HEDP should be stored in dry and cool place. Shelf life is 10 months.
